In accordance with the organic regulations, the milk used for the cheeses enable them to keep their taste and nutritional properties whilst at the same time respecting the environment. ECOCERT are responsible for our annual inspection and certification. They are recognised throughout Europe as standard bearers for organic produce. |

our cheese are made according to old recipes transmitted by our
ancestors. Most of our cheeses are made according to old recipes transmitted by our ancestors. We are also using
pasteurised milk for
all our cheeses which is allow us to make product with a perfect
microbiologic state. Pasteurised milk is a good way to keep all the
flavours, the colours as well as all the essential nutrients such as
the B12 vitamin and the Thiamine As the result of a perfect control of the maturing technique (which is adapted to each kind of cheeses), all our products are tasty and of high quality. The salt used in the composition of the cheeses stamped “sel de guérande” and the fermentation products are very well selected guaranteed without any GMO |
